		<description>Great Article!  Because of the state of the economy, places that never thought they were at risk are now falling into the hands of con artists.  Massachusetts has put through a law (MGL 93H 201 CMR 17.00) that protects personal information of Mass residents. The new law requires that companies that own, license, store or maintain personal information about a resident of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts establish minimum standards in safeguarding the personal information contained in both paper and electronic records.</description>

My wife recently applied for a job on Craigslist where they required you to submit a credit report, she never submitted it but a week or so back it came out that the post was a total scam, be wary of that one.</description>
